My saleslady, Lizz, was nothing but professional and the epitome of customer service. She was patient and educational on all the varieties of jewelry. She helped us choose the perfect wedding ring for my wife at an extraordinary price. They sent it to get resized, told us it would be polished and ready in 3 days; sure as rain, 3 days later it was ready and the ring was dazzling! I will be buying more jewelry in the future and I will undoubtedly go to Marc Bridge Jewelry first and foremost. Overall, my wife and I felt no pressure to buy anything. They will discount some of the clearance items to try and make the sale. They offer financing options and layaway as well.

My husband and I went in to see if we could upgrade my engagement ring. The process was so smooth and fast. Upon arriving in the store we were warmly greeted by the staff and within minutes we were given the information we were asking for. I picked a new ring out. Oh so beautiful. And the best part was that we got an amazing discount. On top of the trade in value for my old one. Great experience. Highly recommend!
